Chocolate Chip Melting Cookies Quantities: 12 Preparation time: 15 minutes Cooking time: 10 minutes
INGREDIENTS 1 egg 125g of softened butter (at room temprature) 150 g chocolate (the kind you want - I usually use black chocolate) 50 g white sugar 50 g brown sugar 175 g of flour 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder 1 pinch of kosher salt
INSTRUCTIONS Preheat your oven to 190°C, fan oven. Mix the softened butter with the sugars. Add the egg and mix again. Cut the chocolate into chips (1 square of chocolate = 6 chips) Add the flour, baking powder and kosher salt to the egg/butter/sugar mixture and mix briefly (just to combine). Add the chocolate chips, and mix again briefly. Form 12 balls of dough, place them on an ovenproof tray and bake for 10 minutes. Let cool a little before eating.
